Interstice SJU: Helena I. Blom

Fossil Kvinna, ink and collage (detail)

Helena I. Blom b.1962

ARTIST STATEMENT:
My artwork is an exploration of how we humans interact with
nature. In my work I play with the randomness of putting my
own ink paintings together with pictures from old books that
visualize nature. My collages explore the subconscious and
plays with archetypic forms.
